Not a wall of logos. What’s here is real, live, and mine to show.

Cherie Garcia
Intake on a Tuesday. Live on Wednesday.
Cherie filled out the intake form on a Tuesday afternoon; by Wednesday night cheriehasthekeys.com was live on her own domain. Home, about, buy, sell, a guide to eleven East Tennessee neighborhoods, relocation, and contact — in her red, gold, and checkerboard, with a mortgage calculator and a home-valuation request built in.

A lender’s site, organized by the home you’re after.
For a Knoxville loan officer who works lake, mountain, and jumbo loans. A page for each kind of buyer, a section for Realtor partners, a full mortgage calculator with side-by-side scenarios, a refinance break-even tool, a thirty-question Tennessee mortgage FAQ, and a Second Look page for people who already have a Loan Estimate in hand.

Six pages, built from one intake form.
Sara filled out the intake form; the site came out the other end. Home, about, buy, sell, a relocation guide, and contact, with a mortgage calculator and a home-valuation request built in. Her colors, her photos, her voice.

A site built around who she actually serves.
Tasha is an Army veteran, a practicing emergency-medicine PA, and an agent. Her clients are veterans and healthcare professionals, so each gets a page written for them — plus a plain four-step process and a blog that answers the questions they really ask.

Two household apps
A TV-show tracker and a potty tracker for two pugs. Serverless functions, a real data store, real users. They exist because I wanted them, and they run on the same stack I’d build for you.
Research pages
Long-form research I build for my own decisions — car comparisons, neighborhood walkability — using the same tooling that produces client neighborhood guides.
What’s next — This page grows as projects launch.
