Module 02 — AI workflows
Your marketing, on autopilot. Your voice, still yours.
I built these systems for one working agent — my wife — because she’d rather be showing houses than writing blog posts. Every one of them runs today. Now I build them for you.
What runs on hilarykilgore.com right now.
Blog post from a prompt
Type a topic. A complete, on-brand, SEO-optimized post gets written, images sourced, the post published, the sitemap and RSS updated. One pass.
Neighborhood guides
Research, write, and publish area pages built to rank and to be cited.
Tour-video package
Give it an address. Get the property research, a shoot script, the YouTube title, description, and tags, and the thumbnail overlays — filed and ready for the shoot.
CMA and property sheets
Comparative market analysis documents and listing one-sheets, formatted and branded, from an address.
Daily brief
Every morning: the local and national news that matters to your market, your calendar, and what changed on your site — in your inbox before coffee.
How it works.
These run on Claude — Anthropic’s AI — with custom skills I write for your brand, your market, and your voice: the phrases you use, the ones you’d never use, the neighborhoods you care about. Nothing generic, nothing copy-pasted from a chat window.
Two ways to run it. I run the workflows for you and you get the output, or I set them up in your own Claude account and teach you to run them. Either way, everything is reviewed before it goes out under your name.
A chat window gives you a paragraph. A workflow gives you a published post with the right title tag, structured data, internal links, an image, and a sitemap entry — every time, in your voice, without you babysitting it. The difference is the plumbing, and plumbing is what I do.
Straight answers.
Will it sound like a robot?
Not if it's built right. Each workflow carries a voice file — your phrases, your tone, the things you'd never say. The first drafts get tuned until you'd sign them.
Isn't AI content bad for SEO?
Google's stated position is that it rewards helpful content and penalizes spam, however it was produced. Thin, generic AI content is spam. Specific, local, useful content isn't — and that's the only kind these workflows are built to produce.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the point of me.
What does it cost?
Depends on what runs and how often. Tell me what you'd want off your plate and I'll give you a straight number.
