Website intake

Let’s build your site.

Tell me what you do and I’ll ask the right questions. About 30–45 minutes in one sitting, and it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back on this same device.

Haven’t talked with me yet? Start there — fit and pricing first, then this form. If I sent you this link, you’re in the right place.

First — what do you do?

Real estate agents get the full agent intake below. Everyone else — stagers, lenders, inspectors, contractors, anyone — takes the shorter general one. Pick the closest fit and I’ll ask the right questions.

Agents — have these handy

Skip anything you’re unsure about. Only five fields are required.

Have handy

Brokerage details

Office address and phone, your license number, your principal broker’s name.

Have handy

Photos

A headshot and a couple of candid shots. Phone camera roll is fine — I pull the big brokerages’ official logos myself.

Have handy

Your story

Nothing to prepare — just answer the way you’d talk to a client over coffee. I’ll do the polishing.

Step 1 of 7

About you

How your name, title and contact details should appear on the site.

Exactly as it should appear on the site.I need your name.
In Tennessee you’re licensed as an Affiliate Broker or a Broker; Realtor® is the association membership. Edit the box freely — it’s what goes on the site.
Goes in the footer. Not required, but it saves a round-trip.

How clients reach you

These go on the site exactly as typed — double-check them.

I need a phone number for the site.
Where contact-form submissions and lead notifications should land.A valid email, please.

Where and who

Shapes the neighborhood pages and the “who I work with” copy.

Cities, neighborhoods, lakes, counties — the more specific, the better for search. This is what the neighborhood pages and the search strategy are built on.I need at least one area — it’s what the search pages are built on.

Step 2 of 7

Brokerage

Tennessee requires your firm’s name and phone number on all advertising — your website included. Let’s get it right the first time.

Exactly as it appears on your signs and business card.I need your brokerage name.
The number the Commission has for your office — not your cell.
Not sure? Leave it blank and I’ll check your brokerage’s standards.

Step 3 of 7

Online presence

Where you already live online. I’ll link to the good stuff and make sure the new site plays well with it.

Website & domain

Haven’t picked one? Leave it blank and I’ll propose a few.

Social & profiles

Paste links or handles — whichever is easier. Skip what you don’t use.

That’s the listing with reviews that shows up when someone Googles your name. It’s the biggest single lever for local search, so it’s part of every build. “Needs fixing” usually means an old brokerage or phone number on it.
I’ll pull from there for the testimonials section if you don’t paste any in Step 6.

Step 4 of 7

Your story

This is the part that makes the site yours instead of a template. Talk, don’t write — bullet points and run-on sentences are fine. Voice-to-text on your phone works great here.

Who you’re for

Personality

Step 5 of 7

Look & feel

Pick a starting point, then nudge. The preview updates as you go, and I’ll flag anything that won’t read well. Nothing here is final — it’s a conversation starter.

Colors

Hand it to me, or pick a starting point and nudge. You can mix them — brokerage red as the accent on your own palette, for example.

Colors come from each brand’s published standards. Independent or not listed? Pick a palette or build your own instead.
Picked color

Drag around the wheel for hue and intensity; the slider sets light vs. dark. Already know your brand hex? Type it in the box. Once you set a primary, matching palettes appear below.

Style

One pick. It decides what the home page leads with; everything else still gets a place.
Five is the cap on purpose — it keeps the first build focused. The rest can come in a later phase once the site is live.

Sites you like

Agent sites or not — a restaurant, a brand, a competitor. What you like about it matters more than the link.

Step 6 of 7

Proof

Testimonials, numbers, awards. Real specifics beat vague superlatives every time.

Testimonials

Paste the best two to six. First name and neighborhood is plenty (“Megan, Hardin Valley”).

In your words

Testimonials are what they say. This is what you’d say about the work.

By the numbers

Only what you’re comfortable publishing. Rough is fine.

Step 7 of 7

Photos & logistics

Drop in what you have. Photos are resized for the web as they upload, so big files are fine. Phone camera roll works. Or skip the upload and email them to hello@staceykilgore.com — just mention your name.

Need to send full-resolution originals, a big batch, or a video? Use WeTransfer to the same address. Only upload photos you have the right to use (your own listings, your photographer, your brokerage’s assets).

Logistics

No wrong answer. If we haven’t talked, I’ll reach out about fit and pricing before anything gets built.

Almost done

Review & send

Skim it once. Anything you skipped, you can tell me later — this isn’t a test.

Sending puts this in front of me. You’ll get a confirmation on screen, and I’ll follow up within a business day — with first questions and a timeline if we’ve already talked, or to talk fit and pricing if we haven’t.

Received

Got it. Thank you.

Everything landed on my end, photos included. I’ll read through it properly and come back with first questions and a plan.

What happens next

01

I read it, twice

Your answers become the sitemap, the copy brief and the color direction.

02

First look

You get a home page concept to react to — not a finished site, a direction. We adjust from there.

03

Build & launch

Pages, photos, SEO, the technical plumbing. You review, we launch, I keep it running.
