What will I do to market your property?
MLS – Majority of home sales are a result of either another agent or a buyer looking on HAR for a home.
Social Media – By using Facebook, websites, and YouTube, you are reaching out to a large market and with more people technologically minded, these are becoming more and more popular.
Zillow – Your listing will be posted on Zillow, which has become very popular with buyers.
Trulia – Like Zillow, Trulia is a popular site consumers use to search property.
eFlyers – Once your home is up on MLS, I will send an eblast out to all the agents in a 60 mile radius. Also, each time there is a price reduction another eFlyer will go out letting the same agents know of price drop.
Professional Photographer - Pictures are very important, b/c first impressions are huge. If your pictures don’t appeal to buyer, they will never make it in your front door. My photographer is trained to take pictures at angles that will appeal to the buyer, he even takes aerial shots to show the whole property.
Professional Video/Virtual Tours – Professional video will be made of your property that will be posted to my website, Facebook, YouTube and on your MLS listing.
Open Houses – Usually after a month or two on the market, I like to host an open house to bring in other agents. The more eyes to preview your home, the better.
Direct Mail – Newsletters and Just Listed postcards to the surrounding areas.
